Shipping & Returns



Orders under a total value of $250+gst will incur a freight charge of $15+gst per order.

All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped via our chosen courier services or Australia Post and be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays (subject to the carriers terms and conditions).

Please make sure all order shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

Returns Policy

Customers cannot return goods back unless they are faulty or received the incorrect item/s.

Any agreed to returns must be approved prior to dispatch by email within 21 days of the invoice date.

A Return Authority (RA) will be provided which needs to be clearly indicated on the package or invoice. If the goods are returned without a Return Authority number, a 1-% penalty charge will apply to the credit for goods, should they be accepted.

If reason for return other than our error or fault, then a $5.00 per unit penalty will apply to cover our return to stock and handling expenses. All goods must be in a re-sellable condition i.e. still intact and un-opened. If they are not in this state they will be rejected and sent back at the customers shipping expense.

The return of goods considered to be defective is subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine credit or exchange of goods. No refunds or exchange is available on Special Buy In items unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

Back Orders

Backorder returns will not be accepted. Apparel 2 U will advise you of time of order of stock on backorder and an estimated ETA will be provided. Goods will be automatically dispatched once they arrive in stock. It is the customers responsibility to advise of any backorder cancellations before goods are dispatched by Apparel 2 U. Once goods have been dispatched, Apparel 2 U will not accept any cancellations/return of goods. 

Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit

Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 10 working days of the Customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
